Job Summary:

You'll lead large-scale commercial construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and field staff.
- Budget Oversight: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and forecasting accuracy.
- Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and milestones.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of project management experience with a general contractor, preferably on commercial projects valued at $10M+.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, P6).
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, LEED AP, or similar.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
